My experience with Dr MacLennan was amazing. She was nice, professional, and made me feel comfortable. I had my eyelids done before, but wasn’t happy with the results. I had a breast lift and implants from a previous surgeon 2 1/2 years ago. That procedure left me very scarred and with abnormal-looking breasts. I finally worked up the courage to try again, and I couldn't be more pleased with my results!!!! Dr MacLennan was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable; she completely put me at ease within minutes of our first meeting. I am now two months post op and happier with my body than I have been in years!! I'm planning a trip next month and will be sporting my bikini with confidence!!!! She truly is a miracle worker, and I'm amazed at what she was able to do for me! This procedure far surpassed my expectations. If you are looking for an amazing surgeon, then look no further!!!!
After breastfeeding two kids, I wanted to reclaim my body with a lift and implants. I am so pleased with the result, I feel my body looks better now than it did before kids. I wanted more fullness after being deflated, and I felt I wouldn't be able to achieve the result I wanted without the breast lift. I couldn't be happier.
I am extremely happy with the way my breasts are healing, and the entire experience was very comfortable and easy. Together with Dr. MacLennan, we decided on 304cc in each breast sub-muscular. Overall, the surgery was very easy, and healing was relatively painless. After about 2 days of taking narcotic pain medication, I was able to just take 1g of Tylenol in the morning, and I was comfortable for the entire day. Having my wisdom teeth removed was much more painful.
I could not have chosen better than Dr. MacLennan. From the first meeting, I felt I could trust this physician; that we were a team discussing various options in order to determine what was right for me. She was frank about the limitations of surgery and the potential areas where there could be problems in healing or outcome. She wass meticulous in covering all the points and ensuring I knew what was entailed. You could not be in better hands. She is a skilled surgeon and an artist in her work.

I saw Dr MacLennan for a revision to my breast reconstruction after bilateral mastectomies from a cancer dx. The implants were hard, small, and there were several areas where visible collapses on my chest had occurred. She was friendly, empathetic, honest about what had been done and what she could do, relatable, and so confidant. She was sure she could fix the flaws from the previous surgery.
I am SO HAPPY with everything after this revision, I feel like she knew exactly what I needed and delivered!!! I am complete and whole again, and my breasts are amazing!! I would put my faith in her and her skills any day!! She’s amazing!!!
Wow. I had such a scary and yet amazing experience getting my breast reduction and lift. Dr. MacLennan and her team were so great, and I really felt taken care of the entire journey. I've never been through surgery before, so I was high-anxiety the entire time, but as soon as I woke up, I felt so good. I knew I made the right decision. Dr. MacLennan performed breast implant removal surgery for me (10.5-year-old implants). She is down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and I never felt rushed during consultations. I also received excellent care at the hospital on the day of surgery, and I healed quickly afterwards.
