Welcome to our practice!
- We are proud to live in and serve a community where over 76% of our neighbors are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, leading the country in the vaccination rate due to our strong sense of community. We strongly encourage our patients to stay healthy and help curb this pandemic by becoming vaccinated via one of the safe, free and easily accessible vaccines that are available to all Vermonters age 12 and over. - As a facility led by licensed health professionals, we are required to follow CDC and OSHA requirements. Although Vermont has relaxed most of its non-healthcare restrictions, we are still required to take precautions including symptom screening for non-employees and mask-wearing for all, regardless of vaccination status.
- Green Mountain Surgery Center and Northwestern Medical Center no longer require pre-op COVID testing for fully vaccinated surgery patients. Testing and subsequent quarantine prior to surgery are still required for unvaccinated patients for their safety and the safety of facility staff. Both facilities also require masks to be worn at all times inside the facility. We will ask you about your vaccination status when you come to our office, and we’ll gladly take a copy of your vaccine card for your record. The surgery center and hospital will require us to send them this information when your surgery is requestd.
