This patient wanted to keep her breast volume but wanted to be reshaped and uplifted. She is shown preop and 8 months postop after mastopexy without implants. No breast tissue was removed.
This patient lost a large amount of weight and was unhappy with her deflated breasts. She had a Wise pattern (anchor) breast lift. This incision pattern was necessary as a method to remove the extra loose skin.
This patient didn’t mind the fullness of her breasts but wanted them uplifted. She has a vertical (lollipop) breast lift, and then lost weight. Her breasts are still uplifted compared to preop, but have lost some fullness due to the weight loss.
This young woman was dissatisfied with the deflation of her breasts but didn’t want implants. She had a mastopexy without implants, rearranging her own breast tissue for improved shape.
