This 70-year-old-woman had a previous breast reduction, but still felt too large. She had a repeat reduction with a combination of liposuction and removal of breast tissue. She is seen pre op and 6 months post op.

This patient had a breast reduction by another practice several years ago. While the smaller size alleviated her back pain, she was unhappy with her breast shape and felt that she had too much fullness on the sides and under her arms. The shape was corrected with a secondary mastopexy combined with liposuction of her sides and fat grafting to the upper pole. This is her 1 year post-op result.
