This patient had textured saline implants and wanted them exchanged to smooth gel implants with a lift.
Initially we deflated her implants and then placed new 250cc implants with a lift.

This patient had textured saline implants and felt too large. The first steps was to deflate her saline implants. We then put in smaller silicone gel implants with a lift.

This patient had older silicone gel breast implants under muscle and capsular contracture. We removed her ruptured implants and replaced them with new cohesive gel implants.

This young woman had severe malposition of her left implant. We replaced her saline implants with silicone gel and repaired the bottomed-out crease, giving her a stable and symmetrical appearance.

This patient had a previous saline breast augmentation and periareolarlift. Over time, she developed capsular contracture and her breast tissue drooped off the bottom of the implants. She is shown before and 8 months after capsulectomy, placement of new smaller saline implants, and formal vertical mastopexy.
