This patient had a vertical mastopexy (lift) with 275 cc saline implants partially under muscle.

This patient chose 415 cc silicone gel implants partially under muscle. Notice how they don’t lift her breasts UP, but they do lift OUT, making her look less droopy.

This young woman had a significant capsular contracture on the right side. New silicone gel implants were placed under the muscle, after removal of the thickened capsule on the right. Both breasts are now soft and comfortable.

This patient had textured implants, capsular contracture, and breast tissue that had drooped over time. She decided to downsize her implants, switch to smooth, and have a mastopexy. The breast tissue and her implant now match eachother in size and position.

This woman had older silicone gel implants with capsular contracture and dropping of her breasts with age. She felt she no longer wanted implants, so we removed them with complete capsulectomies and did a mastopexy (lift). She is thrilled with the improved shape and comfort.

This patient originally came to me after an unsatisfactory breast augmentation and lift elsewhere. I was able to revise her shape and place new implants, and she did well for many years. Recently, after a severe fall, she was found to have a ruptured implant on one side, so we replaced her implants and touched up her shape again. We’re both happy with the improvements we’ve been able to make over the years.

This woman had a bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomy for breast cancer and BRCA mutation, with direct-to-implant reconstruction. Over time, her breast shape deteriorated and she wanted to exchange her textured implants for smooth. She is seen pre-op and one year post-op with smooth implants in place.

This young woman had deflation of her breast tissue after the birth of her children. She had a vertical (lollipop) breast lift with 385 cc implants partially under muscle.

This patient didn’t mind the fullness of her breasts but wanted them uplifted. She had a vertical (lollipop) breast lift and then lost weight. Her breasts are still uplifted compared to pre-op but have lost some fullness due to the weight loss.
