This young woman was dissatisfied with the deflation of her breasts but didn’t want implants. She had a mastopexy without implants, rearranging her own breast tissue for improved shape.

This young patient had breast cancer and carried a BRCA mutation. She had bilateral mastectomy and pre-pectoral direct-to-implant reconstruction with silicone gel implants and Alloderm. She is shown 5 months post-op, after a single-stage surgery.

This active woman had breast augmentation partially under the muscle (dual plane) with 385 cc silicone gel implants.

Not all breast reconstruction involves changes to the cancer side. This woman had severe shrinkage on her left breast after lumpectomy and radiation. After a balancing breast reduction on the opposite side, she had much better symmetry and is more comfortable.

This woman had large, heavy asymmetric breasts that were improved with a vertical “lollipop” breast reduction. She is seen at 1 year post-op.

This woman was bothered by asymmetry and uncomfortable with the size of her right breast. After a reduction on both sides (much less removed on her left), she was more comfortable and symmetrical.

This young woman had significant breast and chest wall asymmetry that required using two different implants. She is shown 1 year post-op with a high profile 450 cc implant on her right and a moderate plus profiles 325 cc implant on her left.

This fit woman chose 235 cc gel implants partially under the muscle for a result that fits her petite physique. She is shown at 18 months post opt.
