This patient had a breast reduction many years ago but still felt significantly too large. She had a repeat breast reduction using the same incisions.

This patient was a candidate for a lift as well as implants, but preferred to avoid the additional incisions. She chose 300 cc implants over muscle. Note how they give her improved fullness, but not lift.
