This patient had a breast reduction by another practice several years ago. While the smaller size alleviated her back pain, she was unhappy with her breast shape and felt that she had too much fullness on the sides and under her arms. The shape was corrected with a secondary mastopexy combined with liposuction of her sides and fat grafting to the upper pole. This is her 1 year post-op result.

This 40-year-old-mother was happy with her breast size but wanted to lift and re shape her breasts. She is seen pre op and 6 months post op auto-augmentation mastopexy.

This 40-year-old woman lost breast volume after breastfeeding and wanted her breasts to be firmer and higher. She had 235cc implants placed total submuscular with a lift.

This 40-year-old woman wanted more fullness and roundness to her breasts. She underwent breast augmentation with 355cc implants placed partially under the muscle.

This young woman had breasts that were too large for her lifestyle with an asymmetry and is seen after her breast reduction which was able to reduce her symptoms and improved her symmetry.

This patient had an implant that had been in for over 50 years. She had developed capsular contracture. Although she was reluctant to have it removed it had become uncomfortable. Because her other breast had aged with time, we were able to remove her left implant without replacing it. This left her with reasonable symmetry.

This patient had a previous breast reduction, which can sometimes cause nipple inversion or make nipple inversion worse. She is seen here pre and post-op left inverted nipple correction.

This 38-year-old woman had back and shoulder pain related to the size of her breasts. She had a wise pattern “anchor scar” breast reduction and is seen pre-op and 6 months post-op.
