This patient had her implants for over 40 years! It was time to have them removed, as they were ruptured and felt hard due to scar tissue. Because her previous surgeon had placed relatively small implants, she found that she didn’t miss them after the implants and scar tissue were removed.

This patient had a previous saline breast augmentation and periareolarlift. Over time, she developed capsular contracture and her breast tissue drooped off the bottom of the implants. She is shown before and 8 months after capsulectomy, placement of new smaller saline implants, and formal vertical mastopexy.

This healthy bodybuilder was bothered by gynecomastia on both sides, right more than left. Through incisions around the edge of the nipple, we removed the thickened breast tissue under each nipple and improved his symmetry and his self-esteem.

This patient originally came to me after an unsatisfactory breast augmentation and lift elsewhere. I was able to revise her shape and place new implants, and she did well for many years. Recently, after a severe fall, she was found to have a ruptured implant on one side, so we replaced her implants and touched up her shape again. We’re both happy with the improvements we’ve been able to make over the years.

This patient wanted to keep her breast volume but wanted to be reshaped and uplifted. She is shown pre-op and 8 months post-op after mastopexy without implants. No breast tissue was removed.

We often see very fit young men who have minimal body fat but small areas of firm breast tissue under the nipples. Periareolar incisions are well concealed and the removal of the breast tissue helps the nipples shrink and appear less “puffy.”

This patient wanted improvement of her drooping breasts with about a cup size increase. She had a mastopexy with 355 cc gel implants partially under muscle.

This patient wanted more fullness and projection. Because she was petite, we suggested she choose implants based no wider than her breast diameter. She had 285 cc gel implants partially under muscle.
