This active patient had 385 cc gel implants placed partially under muscle.

This patient had saline implants and was unhappy with the rippling, lack of fullness, and lack of projection. We made some modifications to the implant pockets and placed new gel implants for a result that gives her more fullness and cleavage without looking much larger.

This patient had a vertical mastopexy (lift) with 275 cc saline implants partially under muscle.

This patient was active and fit but felt her breasts were heavy and disproportionate. She is seen pre-op and 1-year post-op after vertical (lollipop) breast reduction.

This patient had textured implants, capsular contracture, and breast tissue that had drooped over time. She decided to downsize her implants, switch to smooth, and have a mastopexy. The breast tissue and her implant now match eachother in size and position.

This patient lost a large amount of weight and was unhappy with her deflated breasts. She had a Wise pattern (anchor) breast lift. This incision pattern was necessary as a method to remove the extra loose skin.

This patient chose 415 cc silicone gel implants partially under muscle. Notice how they don’t lift her breasts UP, but they do lift OUT, making her look less droopy.

This young woman had a significant capsular contracture on the right side. New silicone gel implants were placed under the muscle, after removal of the thickened capsule on the right. Both breasts are now soft and comfortable.
